Description
This is the most unusual wine you will try from Puglia, maybe even all of Italy. Fiano gives this wine its white peach floral components. This year the Fiano had a very strong nectarine perfume. Greco comes from a very old, sandy hillside vineyard and adds a grapefruit component and the body. It is a fresh, delightful aperitivo. A perfect match for seafood, chicken and salads, we adore it in spring with asparagus and in the summer with a fresh pasta like spinach ravioli.
