Founded in 1955, ADEGA DE BORBA was one of the first wineries established in ALENTEJO Region, in the south of PORTUGAL. With more than 60 years devoted to the production of high-quality wines, the winery achieved a leading position in the Portuguese domestic market and is today one of the biggest wine producers in Portugal. ADEGA DE BORBA exports today for more than 30 countries worldwide. The winery has 2.200 hectares of vineyards with 30 different grape varieties, and the average yearly production is 13 million liters.
