Description

The wine opens with vivid aromas of lemon curd, Asian pear, white flowers, Bergamot orange zest, and cadamom.  The flavors of lemon curd and Asian pear carry into the mounth, too, accompanied by a tantalizing wet stone minerality.  The interplay between firm structure and rich textural components lingers on the palate.
