Description
This 2013 offers us a pure ruby color tinted with violet reflections. The aroma is powerful beginning with an explosion of crunchy red fruits: Cherry, wild raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant, blackberry, etc. In the mouth, the vintage attract with its flexibility and elegance. The wine is light, smooth and the tannins are of an extreme finesse. The end is savory and refreshing; we taste the delicacy of the bouquet red fruits and their crunch. To drink with Catalan style mussels, or red and white meat; to be decanted before serving between 14°C and 18°C.
