Description
Perricone 80% and Nero d'Avola 20% from vineyards in the area of Salemi (Trapani - Sicily \ Sicilia). It has intense and deep red colour, fruity and spicy aromas with elegant notes of vanilla. To the palate it has full-bodied, complete, absorbing taste, with elegant tannins on the finish. This wine can be best enjoyed to hearty dishes, with strong flavours, or even spicy dishes, like grilled meat, roasted meat, game and mature cheeses.
