SYMPHONIA, 60% Sauvignon Blanc - 40% Assyrtiko An interesting marriage of two very different varieties, here blended in perfect harmony. Its golden hue reflects the colour of fully ripened assyrtiko grapes. Scents of broom, narcissus, citrus, pear, apple and almond mingle in a surprisingly complex bouquet. In the mouth this combination yields a well-rounded wine, rich and harmonious, with a flavour of white fruits, a hint of crispness, good length, and a slightly metallic finish.
