About

The fourth generation of our family started in 2010 to produce artisan wines and cava with the vines of our property, the heart of this project. Today is home to almost twenty five hectares of vineyards in Spain, between Alt Penedes, Burgos and Ciudad Real. With a high average age of more than 60 years.

The properties are treated in biodynamic method and the moon phase calendar is really important to know the best time for each activity. We pay attention to every detail, from manual harvest to the aging in barrels. Small productions of selected grapes of the best quality where we work to get very low outputs. Manual selection and harvest, natural fermentation to get the maximum expression of terroir, minimal intervention and minimal sulfite additions, battonage in red wine barrels, malolactic in barrels. And above all, a carefully treatment of terroir.
