About
Anton Bauer, born in 1971, always wanted to be a winemaker. In 1992 he took over the parental winery with 3.2 hectares at that time and has since pursued his idea of quality without compromise and now manages 35 hectares. The care of the vineyards is one of the basic requirements for high quality grapes. Anton Bauer attaches great importance to accuracy, beneficial grape-integrated grape production and the moderate use of pesticides. All grapes from the winery are harvested exclusively by hand, this is the only way to guarantee the highest quality.
