GRAPE HARVEST & WINEMAKING: Mainly manual and partially mechanical grape harvest. Grapes are picked at optimal maturity, after tasting of berries. Traditional winemaking to preserve our terroir's authenticity.
TASTING NOTES: Deep colour, very expressive on the nose with ripe berries (blackcurrant, blackberry). The mouth is rich with an explosion of fruits. Silky tannins for a smooth result. The finale is long with fruits and spices. Pure indulgence.

Vineyard
Domaine Saint- Estève, owned by the Latham family, lies in the Massif des Corbières, not far from the sunny shores of the Mediterranean Sea. The climate, the calcareous-clay soil with occasional rolled pebbles and the South facing slopes are perfect for the various grape varieties optimum ripening.
