Description
Luscious blackberry, black cherry, dark chocolate, and freshly cracked peppercorns on the nose. The palate has similar characteristics as the aromas, the blackberry and cherry carries over, with a hint of spice from the peppercorns. There are also some nice vanilla notes on the palate. The supple tannins are embraced by a balanced acidity that leaves a lingering finish. This wine is easily enjoyed on its own, or pairs perfectly with a peppercorn beef tenderloin, grilled lamb, Romano and other hard cheeses.
