Dating back to 1691 Asara Wine Estate & Hotel is renowned for its quality wines. This Estate has a rich heritage going back generations. The estate is 180Ha with 105 under vine of which 65% of plantings are red cultivars and 35% white. The farm has also set aside 45Ha encouraging natural vegetation growth and promoting Biodiversity. The Asara cellar has a 1000 ton capacity. Asara has a 3-tier product hierarchy, ranging from value for money to super premium, and the multitude of awards over the years bear sentiment to their consistent quality.
