Description
Bordeaux Blend wine, rich and complex. The dried lavender, elderberries and violets work very well with the overt eucalyptus and vanilla character. Warming and generous on the full-bodied palate, but structured and serious. The tannins are ripe and soft. The finish is long and rich of flavours of red and black fruits. Acid, alcohol and tannins are in a great balance; as well as the fruit and the oak character indicating it is capable of a long further evolution. Always a really delicious and savory wine.
