Picked by hand, in the middle of October. After destemming, the berries directly fall by natural gravity into the tanks. Each stainless steel tank is individually thermo-regulated and a mechanical treading which recreates the traditional crushing for perfect homogenisation, better extraction of the colour, aromas and tannins and better control of the temperature during fermentations.
Dark red wine. Nose of black red fruit with slight spicy notes. Full-bodied structure with notes of black fruit like blueberry and blackberry. A very long and sweet finish.
