Vinification
This local wine comes from a production of 60HL/HA. We wish to obtain a very fruity, fresh and tasteful wine, without adding residual sugar. All through winemaking process, we use maceration at cold temperature (5°C) of the juice in order to develop the grape aroma.
Vineyard
Orthogneiss : metamorphic rock from the crystalline basement. The Orthogneiss of our area comes from granites. It was amongst other used for the building of imprinted steleaes during Neolithic times
