Description
Assembly of two closely related varieties. It stands out for its fine and elegant floral notes and fruits, such as almond blossom, fennel and apricot, around a mineral touch. The palate is smooth and elegant with a very fine and balanced step. It emphasizes the typical salinity of the "Terroir". The point of acidity make it a fresh and long-lasting wine, with a soft and persistent finish.

Vinification
Scraped and soft pressed with inert atmosphere. Static dehausting of the must for 24 hours and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16º of temperature
Vineyard
The Priorat area is of volcanic origin, which gives its soils unique features. The soil is acid, poor in organic matter but rich in slate.
