Description
Founded in the region of Godojos, near Calatayud, in 1953, the infrastructure at the time merely consisted of a network of wineries and underground passages. The wine producers lived with the wines and pampered them until they became the centre of their lives.
Nowadays the company is managed by the second generation of the Agustin Cubero family, and since its creation it has developed the knowledge, infrastructures and technology to be competitive. However, we still believe that family tradition and a passion for quality wines is our most valuable legacy.

Vineyard
THE VINEYARD Grape ripening is slow and unrushed. Our land was undoubtedly predestined to produce wine because of the continental climate, with an average temperature of 14°C, maximum annual rainfall of 350 mm, and an altitude of 600 m.
The land where the vines grow is made up of clay soils and rocky terraces, which yield a very low volume of grapes per vine just 1.5 to 2 kg. The garnacha variety predominates and is complemented with the tempranillo grape.
