Bodega Sommos is in the heart of the El Somontano region (Huesca). Bodega Sommos has a spectacular and unique architecture in the world, seamlessly integrated with and preserving the natural landscape. It is hidden 27 meters underground to preserve the natural conditions of processing. The 355 hectares of vineyard property have given it a predominant role as the youngest and most projected appellation of wines of Spanish origin. We harvest at night in order to avoid the high temperatures during the day. The selection is made rigorously, grain by grain.
