Intense purple and violet colour. Overall aroma with notes of blackberry and liquorice. Fresh taste, with good acidity, pleasant and oily. Smooth with a long and ripe finish of prunes.

Vinification
Wine made through carbonic maceration, transforming the grape into wine with no previous pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 24 and 27 º C, during 8 or 10 days.
Vineyard: Arnedo
Vineyards located in Arnedo. Low production with 25-year-old vines and traditional untrellised training system. Deep stony welldrained vineyard soils, very suitable for wines, located at an altituted of 525-600 meters. The harvest takes place during the first week of October.
