Description

A rich, fruity and nuanced single vineyard Crianza with a modern, well-structured style. Concentrated and silky on the palate with ripe, luscious black fruits. Deep-intense ruby, garnet heart with violet glints. Sweet and complex bouquet with ripe red fruit, liquorice, spices and balsamic aromatic notes with a hint of sweet fig as secondary note. Very pleasant aftertaste. A perfect accompaniment to sausages, cold meats and cheese and with many other dishes, like smoked salmon. Suggestion: slow cooked cheek of pork in red wine sauce.
