Description
Colour: Beautiful ruby-cherry red colour. Aroma: The nose is dominated by ripe black and red fruits, blackberries and raspberries with notes of liquorice well integrated with coffee and spices with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Taste: This bodied wine fills the mouth with a firm structure and fresh sensations, fine sweet tannins with a very long, aromatic and intense finish.

Vinification
This wine has been made with the most selected Tempranillo grapes from our best organic vineyards, handpicked in small boxes and classified on the selection table. Fermented in small conic inox tanks. Malolactic fermentation undergoes in new French oak casks followed by an aging process where its lies for 20 months. Finally the wine stays at least 12 months in the bottle before it is sold.
Vineyard
The grapes for this wine come from our vineyard El Alto de Mindiarte. A very stony soil plot, that give us grapes with very loose and small berries, with a big concentration of color and aroma.
