This wine represents our commitment to the Tempranillo grape grown around Cenicero, our first 100% vintage, selected hand-picked grapes aged in American Oak barrels for a minimum 24-30 months and then 36 months in bottle prior to release, a wine that indulges you with elegant aromas of cherries and raspberries and warm vanilla. The palate is a combination of layers of fruit, spice, chocolate and oak characters. Enjoy with the best of friends, enjoy with Beef, Lamb and with chocolate desserts serve between 16C-18C.
