Description
Pale pink, clean and bright. Very intense aromatic to the nose, highlighting aromas of white and tropical fruit, light background of red and stone fruits (peach, strawberry and passion fruit) with citrus notes of grapefruit and lime. Fresh on the palate with good structure and a long fruity aftertaste. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8ºC On its own, as an aperitif or with meals, its food pairing possibilities are almost endless. It combines perfectly with light dishes, salads, carpaccio, cheese, asparagus, artichokes, mushrooms, rice, fish and shellfish.
