History teaches us that the land, like the vineyards, has changed hands over the centuries showing affection, tradition and attendance of all. We are out of the ordinary, heroic viticulture with very low yields, high production costs and precious products. The mission is combining modern winemaking techniques with the Etna tradition. We are on the South-East side of Etna, Contrade Monte Ilice, Carpene and Monte Gorna, at an altitude that varies between 700 & 900 meters, with the sea of front. A special microclimate, unique for the sandy volcanic soil rich in minerals with subacid reaction.
