Casale Burgio is the tribute to the tradizional rural world, which has handed down the art of wine making to us. This Syrah is produced with the "Appassimento" method, a tecnique, whereby grapes are left to dry naturally on the vines, giving life to a full-bodied wine, with notes of spices and ripe red fruit and a long lasting round finish. Perfect to pair with tasty pasta dishes and red meat-based courses.
