It all began in the late 1700s, our ancestors built by hand the cellar which we continue to use today. Towards the end of the 80s, with Giuseppe Carosso as the oenologist. Cascina Galarin begin to bottle wine. Prior to this the family would sell wine in commercial quantities. Today Giuseppe works with his two sons Marco and Giovanni. We produce the typical wines of our area such as Barbera and Moscato d'Asti, Arneis, Monferrato Nebbiolo, all certified organic.
