Description
Respect for nature has been part of our genes since the first stroke of work from our founders. Our cellar master and one of our close winegrower partners shared their long experience and confronted their vision of respect for the environment and biodiversity to reveal all the nuances of our terroir. Several plots were worked in common from which Alain Pailley was able to choose the best juices to develop his first organic cuvée of our garden "le Jardin".
