Description

Complex and elegant, this cuvee is elaborated with one third chardonnay and two third pinot noir. Those grapes come from fifty-year-old vines which grew on Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Bisseuil terroirs. Supple and harmonious, combined with the uniqueness of its aromas and its vinous flavors, this Champagne will ravish both amateurs and connoisseurs !

Vinification

Inox vats, with full malolactic.

Vineyard

Oceanic and continental climate, with chalk as soil/subsoil Vineyard historic of the House, the grapes that were used to elaborate the cuvées are issued only from the villages of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Bisseuil. The minimum age of the vines is 50.

Maturation

Minimum of 60 months on lees, in our own chalk cellars (25 to 30 meters deep).
