About
Our family founded Champagne Maurice VESSELLE, in Bouzy, in 1955 and today the vineyards, which are exclusively Grand Cru on the southern flank of La Montagne de Reims, are managed by Maurice's two sons. Didier and Thierry, who proudly carry on the family heritage. The two brothers are committed to the conservation of the terroir. They are happy to describe themselves as "simply workers" and they manage every step of the wine-making, from yhe vineyard to the cellar, and they make a point of not using malolactic fermentation. Since 2013 the estate has been certified as being of HVE.
