Description
The Vintage 2009 offers a mineral nose, with fineness and freshness where the citrus flavours are gently expressed. Then appear toasted and buttery aromas with hints of toasted hazelnuts. On the palate, the wine is wide and silky : yellow and exotic fruits are revealed thanks to the pinot. It shows an harmonious finish with a lemony tension marked by a salty and spicy length. The low dosage of 5 g/L has been precisly selected. The liqueur is made of Chardonnay coming from the plot selection with maturation in barrels for number of years.
