The story of our winery started in 1975 with my parents Yveline and Alain Prat. They met while dancing the Rock and Roll and shared a passion for the work in the vineyards and the same dream : to create their own Champagnes. We now work on more than 14Ha in the Cote des Blancs (Vertus, Sézanne and Petit-Morin, Vallee de la Marne and Cote des Bars) in 10 villages on 42 different plots. This can sometimes be challenging to look after but is so rewarding as this gives us a great diversity of flavours to play with when composing our Champagnes.
