At planting our vines, we planted the future of “BELGIAN COOL CLIMATE WINES”. From good we want to go to TERRIFIC, from tasteful to CULINARY and from acceptable to SPIRITED. Combining diversity, soil minerality, micro-climatologic information and our own personal taste. Ecological principles, durable materials and careful handling of natural resources constantly change our views. Fantasy, but also pragmatic thinking and a hint of romance is our way to make the perfect wine.
