Partial buried by 7 meters d e e p, natu ra l l y a i r -conditionned, the cellar is gravity fed and includes two pneumatic presses as well as a series of thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. For the red wines, the ageing cellar is buried in the hillside. There they matured 12 or 18 months in French oak barrels.
