Description
This full-bodied and full-flavoured shiraz is from Australia's iconis Barossa region and comes laden with expressive falvours of ripe berry fruits, chocolate and spearmint. While full bodied and spicy on the pallate, it is engagingly smooth textured, with an elegant and harmonious finish.

Grapes de-stemmed but not crushed, spending 10 days on skins in 3 ton stainless steel open fermenters. Average temperature during fermentation approximately 28 degrees.
