Cillar de Silos is a family-owned wine producer, dedicated to the noble grape of Ribera del Duero, Tempranillo. The company produces over 400.000 bottles per year from high-altitude vineyards surrounding the village of Quintana del Pidio, where 68 hectares of Tempranillo grow on slopes nestling among forests. At Cillar de Silos we use our 17th century underground cellars, where the natural conditions of constant annual humidity and temperature allow our wines to eventually reach full potential”.
