The cider maker Claque Pepin is established in the heart of the Orne in the former farm of 17th Century Serans' Castle. We are offering our best cider-based products coming from the pure Normandy tradition: cider, poiré, pear aperitif, Normandy pommeau, calvados. Moreover, we pioneer organic agriculture and in the production of organic spirits. We have a good expertise in the production of apple and pear based products from the fruit gathering to the bottling. Our sharp knowledge on traditional grand crus is a great asset to produce the best blends.
