Vinification

The harvesting is totally manual picked, the maceration lasts 20 to 28 days and then the wine is placed in barrels to mature during one year.

Vineyard

The grape vines grow on terraces with rolled pebbles, clearly exposed on a former bed of the Rhône. The heat of the sun absorbed by the pebbles during the day is released to the soil and the grape bundles during the evening.
