Companhia das Quintas, established in 1999, owns several Estates “Quintas” with long tradition in wine making, located in the most relevant wine regions in Portugal. Portas da Herdade is a blend of Portuguese (Aragonez and Trincadeira) and French (Syrah and Alicante Bouschet) grapes varieties.This red wine is youthful with warm aromas, where the notes of ripe red fruits stand out. In the mouth it shows lively acidity with a long after-taste. Pairs well with a wide variety of international cuisine, from Italian pasta dishes, to Spanish tapas; It is a great day-to-day wine.
