About
Consejo de la Alta, family owned winery, was founded in the earlies 1990’s.
But it was 1846 when Mr. Hipólito Bañuelos, one of our ancestors wrote the first document, so far as we know, about the quality and the treatment needs for the overseas shipment of wine.
From them on, we try to follow the Hipolito’s steps, elaborating wines with the knowledge, dedication and love he did.
The national and international prizes are the recognition we are on the right way.
