With these grape varieties we show the specific characteristics of world-famous terroirs like HÖLLENBERG, BERG SCHLOSSBERG, BERG ROTTLAND, BERG ROSENECK, BAIKEN and MARCOBRUNN with highest quality standards. With an ecological cultivation we elicit the deeply hidden secrets of the vineyards. This potential can be fully exploited in the cellar through long sedimentation and a fine yeast store as well as the use of basket presses and wooden barrels.
