Description
Where the magic begins for this magnificent white blend, comprised of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc is in the vineyard. Chenin Blanc is sourced from Stellenobsch and Durbanville, Grenache Blanc Voor-paardeberg and the Ssuvignon Blanc from Durbanville. Oaked for a period of 12 months in 300L barrels and half in first-fill foudre. Delicate floral aromas hints of pear drops, almonds and yellow peach. Offers a full-bodied palate with a long lingering finish.
