About
The Domaine de l’Hortus is in the heart of the AOC Pic Saint Loup Coteaux du Languedoc. The vineyard stretches in a deep valley between two mountains: the Pic Saint Loup and the Hortus. Various independent small plots are implanted with vines in the middle of oak and pine trees forests on the slopes of both mountains. Soils are deep limestone screes melt with red clay. Red wines are blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache. White wines are blend of Roussanne, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay.
