Domaine de Valdition is located in the Alpilles area in Provence, between the villages of Orgon and Eygalières. The estate covers 240 hectares of countryside laden with history. Our 90 hectares of vineyards are organically grown, we implement the European specifications for organic wine production. The grape varieties are perfectly adapted to our stony and clay-limestone soils. The nature of the soils naturally limits the yields which is very conductive to the quality. Our grapes are harvested during the night and are then carefully vinified, intervention is kept to the strict minimum.
