Description
Le Calice de Saint Pierre is our cuvée produced in red and white from different old (50-70 years old) parcels on the 4 cardinal points of the appellation. grenache, syrah and mourvèdre grape varieties with long maceration and ageing in foudres, barrels and concrete tanks. A smooth and intense wine for the red. The white is only produced 3000 bottles/vintage. grenache and clairette with fermentaion 50% in 500 litres barrels, 50% in tank. A very good value range for Chateauneuf du Pape
