Vinification
The rosés are produced with a partial bleeding proccess following low skin contact maceration. Cold maceration to clarify the must, the alcoholic fermentation is made at low temperature to preserve a maximum level of flavours.
Vineyard
Grown on clay and limestone soil, this rosé offers round and just the necessary sharpness. Night harvest and 100% destemmed grapes.
