The DOMAINE OCTAVIE is a family estate since 1885. Octavie was the first name of Isabelle’s great-grand-mother. The 32 hectares of vines are located in the renowned terroir of the village of OISLY: the VERY BEST terroir of the Touraine and Touraine Oisly appellations for the white Sauvignon grape variety. Isabelle and Noë ROUBALLAY wholeheartedly cultivate their vines in a way which respects the environment according to the TERRA VITIS approach. It is a commitment to producing high-quality grapes using ecologically healthier methods, with a view to preserving the environment and human health.
