Description
Manual harvest with grape sorting before the vinification and destemming of 50% of the grapes. Traditional fermentation and maturation in oak barrels for 18 months, including 25% of new barrels. Bright ruby colour. Intense notes of raspberryes and cherries with a hint of spices, licorice and autumn leaves. A full-bodied wine with round tannins and a long and harmonious finish. Pairs well with red meats, game meats and strong cheeses.
