Description
The high proportion of Syrah gives this wine a deep colour of beautiful intensity. The refined nose combines generous aromas of red fruits and the finesse of spices. We can find this harmony on the palate with supple and delicate tannins, full of finesse and elegance. Very long persistence in the mouth which ends with fresh notes characteristic of the balance of this wine.

Vinification
The mixed grape varieties are co-fermented with the grenaches to fix the colour and the tannins. The syrah is vinified separately with maceration and soft extraction that last about 3 weeks.
Vineyard
Age of the vines : 40 years The soils are covered with round pebbles stones on the right bank of the Rhône (about half the parcels) and limestone-clay alluvium in the department de Vaucluse.
Maturation
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 9 months.
