Douloufakis Winery , which was established in 1930, is a family run business. It produces strong reds and fruity whites with floral notes from unique, indigenous grape varieties grown in Crete island, Greece. Douloufakis winery produces and bottles its wines using state-of-the-art technology and suitably trained stuff. Douloufakis Cretan wines have been awarded medals at some of the most important International Wine Competitions, like Decanter in the U.K., TEXSOM International Wine Awards in the U.S.A. or Sakura in Japan.
