Description
EUDAMA Verdejo is a young white wine, made with Verdejo grapes 100%, from vineyards of up to 25 years with yields between 7000 and 7500 kg / Ha, located at about 750 m altitude. The fermentation on fine lees provides a smoothness that gives breadth in the mouth but at the same time is fresh and very pleasant. With food is a perfect pairing for all kinds of grilled fish, will be ideal with dishes like a vegetable rice, but also with a simple table of fresh or slightly smoked cheeses
