Description
Grapes ripened on a lean soil, rich in Galestro and limestone, are then fermented in stainless-steel vats. After ageing in oak barrels and terracotta amphora, this wine refines for one year in the bottle. Intense ruby red, garnet reflexes after ageing. The three ageing phases determine notable aromatic fullness. Distinct sensations then blend harmoniously for a perfect balance of aroma and taste. Wide, well-marked on the nose with clear notes of primary aromas, ripe red fruit taste and a remarkable structure. Best with red meat, game and stewed meats. A pleasant meditation wine when aged.
